Keyboard Replacement Guide for IBM/Lenovo ThinkPad X300 Notebook

This tutorial explains how to substitute the keyboard of the IBM/Lenovo X300 notebook.


  Turn the notebook around and remove the battery from the backside. There are two screws only to open to get the keyboard replaced. No need to open the case completely.






  Now you can push the keyboard backwards into the direction of the display. The frontside will now pop off easily.






  The keyboard fully removed.
